How We Work

Passion in everything we do

When it comes to design, unless we are working from architect plans, our process always starts with a site visit. We love to get under the skin of every project and gain an in-depth understanding of the space and the challenges that may occur. This is why it is so important that from the very beginning we understand every nuance of the bathroom we are designing.

We work with our clients collaboratively – at every step of the journey – offering a personal and hands-on service from the initial enquiry to completion. Some come to us with a clear vision of what they want, whilst other clients have a completely blank canvas and want to be excited and inspired.

We also work with developers looking to wow prospective buyers, as well as other designers who partner with us for our insight and understanding of luxury bathrooms.

2018

In 2018 we realised that homeowners and developers in the North were crying out for so much more than a run of the mill bathroom. There was a need for a designer showroom where they could touch and feel the products. We knew that we could add a completely new dimension to interior design in the region, so we acquired a 3,000 square foot unit at Barrow Brook Business Park, Clitheroe.

2019

Work began to transform the space into a luxurious bathroom showroom. At the beginning of 2019, we opened our doors with displays featuring the best bathroom brands from across the UK.

2020

The pandemic of 2020 created a seismic shift in how homeowners use their homes. Space became a priority as too did the positive impact of design. We dubbed it the year of the bathroom and we saw demand for our services increase four-fold.

2021

2021 has already been unprecedented in so many ways. We’re extremely proud that we have been able to sustain and grow our business through such a difficult time and will be forever grateful to our local community nestled here in the stunning Ribble Valley.

2022

In 2022, our business experienced growth as we expanded our showroom team and welcomed Designer Jess. Throughout the year, We continued to build relationships with likeminded businesses, including interior designers, architects, and property developers. We also worked on some truly beautiful client projects that spanned the length and width of the country. Overall, we are thrilled with our progress and look forward to continued growth and success in the future.

Meet Sophie & Abbie

The Design Sisters.

Following our father into the plumbing and building industry is not something that we ever anticipated would happen, but he instilled an entrepreneurial spirit in us from a young age and we are delighted that we joined forces to share our passion for creating unique spaces. Our bond as sisters in business is highly unusual but hugely advantageous. Working together means that we always have a sounding board for ideas and a ‘we are in it together’ mentality.

We absolutely adore how versatile bathrooms are and how they reflect each customer’s personality. We also get a buzz out of helping people bring their own visions to life. Our lifestyle instagram page is the perfect place to find a wide range of bathroom styles, inspirational lifestyle images and some of the latest and innovative use of materials.
