Paul & Jane

A warm and elegant transformation across four beautiful bathrooms

Transforming three ensuites and the main house bathroom...

Paul and Jane approached us with an exciting brief to transform three ensuites and the main house bathroom within their beautiful Leyland home. After an initial consultation in our showroom and a follow up visit to the property, we developed a clear understanding of the character of the house and the calm, modern aesthetic they wanted to achieve.

A second appointment in the showroom was arranged to present the full designs along with the product specification. Paul and Jane were delighted with the proposals and expressed that the brief had been met exactly. Their vision was for elegant and contemporary spaces with a natural, warm feel throughout.

Design Vision

For the main house bathroom, the clients were drawn to a neutral palette enriched with soft texture and gentle warmth. Warm toned matt stone effect tiles paired with smooth matt ceramics created a serene backdrop. This was complemented by classic wood panelling and brushed gold brassware which added timeless character and a soft sense of luxury.

The sloping ceiling in the room created the perfect opportunity for a statement feature bath beneath the window. The freestanding stone bath became the focal point of the space and provided an immediate sense of calm on entering the room.

Elegance Personified

Design Vision

A generous floating vanity unit allowed room for two countertop basins, each echoing the curves of the stone bath. Above the vanity, a large backlit feature mirror enhanced the sense of space and light. A spacious walk in wet room area completed the design, again showcased with brushed gold fittings to maintain a cohesive and elegant finish.

Due to the size of the bathroom, underfloor heating was introduced to ensure year round comfort. This was supported by two luxurious towel warmers, one positioned between the shower and basin area and a smaller one placed conveniently near the bath.

Thoughtful lighting was used to bring the entire scheme together. Soft illumination from the shower recess, subtle lighting beneath the vanity worktop and the warm glow of the backlit mirror created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the room.

From our Client:

“RVB had the task of designing 4 bathrooms for us (1 main and 3 ensuites). After visiting our home, we were invited to the beautiful showroom to see the designs that had been created for us and we were wowed straight away. The team had created our perfect bathrooms.

The whole process was made seamless, from the initial consultation right through to the installation. The installation team were all equally fantastic. They were respectful in our home as well as friendly and super professional with great attention to detail.
I would 100% recommend Ribble Valley Bathrooms and will be using their services again next year for our downstairs cloakroom.”
