Salary: £25,000 basic + tiered commission (OTE £30k–£38k+, uncapped)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Bathroom Design & Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative professional with strong sales acumen to take ownership of their role and thrive in a supportive, design-led environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead personalised consultations to understand each client’s needs, tastes, and budgets
• Design innovative, functional, and beautiful bathroom solutions using industry-specific software (e.g., Virtual Worlds)
• Present tailored design proposals and expertly guide clients through our premium product range
• Liaise with our installation team to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals
• Stay informed on design trends, new products, and technical developments

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in bathroom (or KBB) design and sales
• Proficiency in relevant design software (Virtual Worlds, Easy Quote, or similar)
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to clients
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A sales-focused approach with a track record of exceeding targets
